Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Yoshi & Co, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the procedures for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 10mins of placing it.
  • To cancel an order, please email us at sales@yoshiandco.in with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, it will be treated as a return.

2. Return and Refund Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong or different product from what you ordered.
  • The product was received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note: Due to the personal nature of soap products, we cannot accept returns for reasons of general dissatisfaction or change of mind.

3. Process for Returns

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@yoshiandco.in within 10mins of receiving the product.
  • Please provide your order number and include clear photos or a video of the damaged/wrong product.
  • Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
  • You may be offered a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation and product availability.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount coupon are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
