Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 7-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but please allow for potential delays during peak seasons or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping Method: We ship via reputable courier partners like [e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post].
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
    • Other Cities/Towns: 5-8 business days
    • Rural Areas: 7-12 business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow  24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. At this time, we do not ship to international destinations.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If our courier partner is unable to deliver the package after 2-3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange for re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping charges.

6. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
